Extra Space Storage

My entire experience with extra space storage has been great! I was able to reserve a spot without paying for it in advance, and they kept it until I was able to get to Florida. Becca was more than accommodating… She answered every question and was able to negotiate with me and showed me my spot and took all the time that I needed so I was able to ask every question that I had. I haven’t parked my car there yet, so this is the check-in experience, and I’m hoping the rest of the experience is just as good!!!

We have 4 units with Easy storage (recently life storage). I just want to specifically mention Becca who is a manager at Easy storage. I have run into a few confusions on updating accounts, handling empty one of our units, understanding the website, etc. any time I call into Easy storage for help, it’s Becca to the rescue! She has helped me handle every issue with ease. She’s very personable and professional and is really an asset to Easy Storage - thank you, Becca, for always making the experience smooth and helping quickly handle things for us! Makes it easy ;)

Becca is awesome! She goes above and beyond to help throughout the entire process and always has a smile on her face!

I came in to inquire about a storage unit and Becca was extremely helpful! I was impressed with the facilty but unfortunately they did not have the space I needed available. I would defintely recommended this place though. Great customer service!
