Great service, great price!!

I would really like to say TY to the new gentleman (Steven) working his first day on the job. He listened as I told him how much I appreciated his kindness as he showed me around In a golf cart and as I almost cried. Most people don't have the heart to understand most of us are at a storage unit because of difficult times. Homelessness, loss of a loved one, divorce, estate process gone totally awful (as what my reason was) it would be nice if everyone shared a little kindness during a time like this. So TY Steven for showing me around and just listening. The space Is bigger then it looks. I got a 10^5 and as I was putting In my stuff I was happy about the size. A great neighbor accross the way that has been here for a long time also was very friendly with great conversation and helpful sharing some tips about our uhaul and the storage place. I felt very safe. So all In all. I'm happy I chose this place. Thank You Steven and my neighbor across the way for making this dreading process a lot easier.

storage unit was not what I expected at all… I can’t even use it

Unit was sparkling clean. Great customer service. Even left a thank you note in locker when I returned with my storage items. Great communicator.

I just started renting a space at this location and would say the facility looks to be well maintained and the service from Kevin was excellent. I initially signed up online and when I went to move in I saw another unit that I liked better than the one selected for me (I rented a small 3x3x3 and wanted one off the ground). I was thinking I'd be stuck, but Kevin took care of it quick and easy. There was a small fee, and I do wish the company would allow us to see which units are available so I could have avoided this, but I think he said it's normally $10 to do this and I was just charged a little over $6 because I hadn't been signed up more than a month/hadn't even opened the unit. I'm still giving 5/5 stars because of Kevin, he's true asset to the company; really knows the system and very nice person.
