Ladder units are not clearly communicated in terms / marketing. Pricing feels predatory. Ladder for said units feels unsafe. A motorized lift system for ladder units would enhance customer experience loads. The facility is very clean, organized and accessible. Love the work that you all have put into making the systems easy to use!

Customer service was professional. The process of confirming my storage unit was so smooth! They even provide coffee and water to their customers!

We rented a unit because the facility is clean, the location was good, but mainly because the customer service from Marshawna was excellent. We secured a unit online but found it too small for our needs. Marshawna was kind, professional and courteous as she explained all the various options. We settled on a unit that was not much more in price but much bigger than the unit we had originally secured. Remember the teaser peices online will be for smaller higher units off the ground requiring a ladder to store your belongings. This may be fine for your needs.So remember to view the units before you rent. As long as Marshawna is working here they will have satisfied customers.

I was terribly mislead. The information I was given over the phone was not honored once I arrived at the facility. Apparently the storage center uses an offsite service to book its customers and they misrepresent the storage facility. The hours posted online was not the hours posted at the facility. I was charged more than the unit was advertised for and I was very unhappy about it. I went there for a $59 advertised special and ended up paying about $117?. Since I was in dire straits and had packed up all my things, paid a driver and traveled the 25 miles to the facility, I had no choice but to go ahead with the transaction.
