I have regularly maintained a storage unit for most of my adult life. This was my first time renting with Extra Space, however. I rented a unit at this location for 9 months. From the first time i had to pay for the unit, there was an issue with the web page not letting me complete my payments. The on-site team assisted me with making my payment every time it was due. They made time to help when it was not required. Beyond that and most importantly, the facility is clean, climate controlled and pest free for an affordable price. I will continue to rent with Extra Space Storage in the future as the need arises because it was an incredible experience for me as a consumer.
