Marsha and Jazz are the dynamic duo of Extra Space! They helped me out of a jam and I couldn’t have done it with them! Highly recommend this facility. Above and beyond customer service!

This is the very best storage experience we have ever had! Marsha treats her customers like family and goes above and beyond to make sure every single detail is taken care of. I rented a unit and shipped all of my son’s dorm stuff here before he moved into CofC. She made sure every item got into our unit so when we flew out, we were able to pick everything up, making the whole move in process simple for us. One package was missing and she pulled up video showing that the postal worker walked up to the door with it and then returned to their truck with it still in hand. She then directed us to the post office nearby where we were able to retrieve the missing package. My son was so thankful that he bought her a gift card. If you are looking for a storage unit, this is your place! You will not be disappointed.
