Thomas is one of the best managers I have met. He is professional ,knowledgeable, and respectful, and he has helped my mother in law unit and fixed my problems in every way that no other manager could. Thomas is a hero! We had a great conversation. This location is very busy and is located in the tough neighborhood of Brockton. It takes a lot of heart to run and maintain this site. Thomas has the heart, and he is holding it down and doing a good job running this site. The place is clean and well maintained, the office smells good, and the bathroom is clean. I recommend people to rent here. I have been a property manager for different storages for many years. I love what I do. I know it is not easy what Thomas is doing, but I can tell he loves what he does. Thomas is a big asset to your company. Please take good care of him. Good manager, don't come easy.
