    We didn't leave the facility, we moved to a smaller unit. Still rent at CubeSmart. The reason I am still there even though there are two rental space companies closer to my home is because of the Manager Bianca. Personable, relatable, organized and professional. Always a smile when I walk through the door, knowledgeable, helpful and well kept premise. Please recognize her. I have a staff and work in customer service, wish she was on my payroll.

    I reserved a unit too small at the start and they worked to get me a better size within minutes and still offer a discount. They had east payment options and were always available if I had a question. The move out was quick and smooth and they explained everything perfectly. If necessary i know cubesmart will be my only storage option in the future.
