Terance was great and very quick

I gave 3 stars for my indoor rental for a one month experience. Overall, okay. Backstory: I chose indoor rental vs. outdoor because I used a different company for a previous outdoor rental in 2021 for 3 months. I had an infestation of ants and animal droppings. Brand new furniture boxes never opened, somehow infested with flying ants. So, I chose this location since it was recently built and hoping the building is well maintained, so I do not go through this again. Pros: -Easy online service to book and receive all the info. Love the map diagram as I am a visual person. -I already had a lock, so I didn't need the one they provided. It is great, but for $20, I'll pass. -There is always someone at the office until closing hours. -I haven't seen any rodents but do see the traps, and inside the building looks clean every time I visit. -The facility provides flat dollys to move your items from your vehicle to unit. -You can park your vehicle to the entry building for unloading. -Security cameras at every angle. Cons: -The past few times I've been inside the building, it's not cold air, more of probably warmer air to save on electricity. I was assuming it would be a bit colder air, but no. I have items that can not require warm temperatures, so I'll have to spend more money going somewhere else for that ?????????. - Then, a few weeks later, I started receiving a paper mail from 3rd party moving company called muv now. I do not recall signing up for this company nor ever heard of the company. (Also, upon reviewing the muvnow BBB status, their pattern is if anyone files a complaint online, the company will send out a cease & desist letter because the company takes defamation seriously ??.)

The sign up and move in were very easy with the professional staff.
