    3/5 stars because I've been this storage's member for almost 3 years, the staff is helpful sometimes, I had a outside 5x5 and all my belongings got wet because of a roof leak and even tho I got storage insurance they have scamming loop holes like if u don't have receipts they won't reimburse you for the items being stored... so i switched to an inside a/c unit and haven't had problems ever since other than that. It's very secure because the gates are available only 6am to 9pm . Just not that liable when it comes down to insurance because they use a third party, and they're not very convenient to use if something were to happen to your stored belongings.
