    I have had an exceptional experience worth noting with Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5801 Woodcliff Rd, Bowie, MD - especially with the on-site property manager Laurie. Her customer service has been outstanding. Moving is stressful. Period. I was spread pretty thin and exhausted when I arrived at the site to say the least. She spent time with me out of legitimate concern (which allowed to to calm somewhat), proceeded to help me arrive at exactly what I needed with nothing more and no pressure. She truly cares for the facility grounds, maintenance of, and is clearly in the “right seat on the bus” as the expression goes. Through my rather rocky transfer to the area I experienced a problem with my move/movers. She went out of her way to help me by availing all options and realities therein. By my experience, you cannot pay a person to care - that is priceless. Thank you, Laurie. Your kindness and understanding is above a beyond that of which I have had the pleasure of experiencing in quite some time. I look forward to my continued experience with Public Storage, Laurie’s exemplary support, and have nothing but great things of the organization as a whole to report to many.
