    Mixed feelings, This facility has over 300 reviews and a 4.9 average rating. That's virtually perfect. Extra space raised my rent considerably recently. I know this is a corporate decision. Higher rent = larger profits = happier shareholders. I simply think the degree at which they raised rent questionable. Yes, there was 30 days notice. I moved to a room half the dimensions for less than half the price. I was given advertised website prices. I wonder how long before corporate gives me a significant rate increase with 30 days notice of course. I personally think it's bad form to raise rent as much as they do. Many people would find it a hardship to move their stuff to lock in a lower rent. On another note, It's a very nice facility. High ceilings, clean... The Employee was very nice, helpful, and professional. I doubt anything I say here matters, given their stellar reviews here on the web.
