Extra Space Storage

We have been with them since April 2023 when it was originally life storage. Life storage was great about always answering questions and their phones. If you were late on a payment and you paid it they immediately took your lock off within an hour of payment. NOW that's not the case apparently. Times are hard and yes I understand it's our fault for not paying on time. However, I have been out of work due to about to deliver my baby in 2 days! I need the car seat that's in my unit and we paid the unit a day before the next due date at 1pm. Being the office closes at 530pm on Saturday the lock should've been removed when I came today (sunday) now I can't get it and will have no way up there tomorrow and being induced Tuesday... This was the only day I was able to drive up there without medical appts for me our my children. Now I rather just get all my stuff out and be done with it and find a different storage facility. Overall very clean.

I went confused and Essica helped me find my visit not as difficult. I really enjoyed my experience at this location Although my experience was okay as t first. This place acted unreasonable with me. Looong after my things was out they was still charging me and I ended up with collections even after I explained the situation. I did not know that I had to remove my lock when I finished. No one told me that being that it was their lock ??

Store Manager Jason Swafford is awesome! Very professional and polite. He listened to my questions and suggested things I didn't think about. He also didn't try to upsell me. I did upgrade because what I wanted would not have worked. Look no further this is the place you want! I wish I could give a billion stars!
