    Extremely friendly people and polite I've been with them for about 2 months now and I've had no issues so far the only complaint I have is my unit is upstairs and I have to walk all my belongings upstairs and I have no one to help me so it was a bit difficult but it's nothing I'm not used to which is why it's not a big deal but I'm a happy customer so far

    I ended up using my storage unit WAY too long and it did get expensive for the monthly rent. That being said, my unit was only broken into ONCE in 9 years and they were pretty on top of it to let me know. I always felt my stuff was safe and they worked with me when the fees were due MANY times to make sure I could keep it. They were a lot of help to me.
