Let me start by saying I’ve been a longtime tenant for 16 years with Avon Self Storage and now Extra Space storage. Jennifer whose been there from day one with me. I wanted to write a review of Jennifer and her work at Extra Space Storage! She has always been extremely knowledgeable about the different storage options available and was able to help me find the perfect unit for my needs. Throughout the years, Jennifer has been patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. She was always available when I needed her, and I never felt like I was bothering her with my requests. What really stood out to me about Jennifer was her attention to detail. She made sure that everything was in order before I moved my belongings into the unit, and even took the time to show me the best way to store my items to maximize space. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer at Extra Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit. She is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied.
