The Good. First and foremost. Keith. Keith is that guy that goes above and beyond the call of duty He is not just the good but he is the better and The best. When faced with adverse situations and having to voice my concerns that didn't involve him directly, he did the most that any consumer can realistically expect and ask. That was listen and follow up. He is a huge asset to the Public Storage team. Jordan being the team leader has reassembled a group of knowledgeable and committed men and women that have restored integrity in this location. The Bad. Unfortunately, the bad is that patrons don't know how to return carts after using. So this location has 1 of the original 4 carts but they have substituted a dolly and a few furniture dollies which is better than nothing. The Bad(part II) has been resolved and replaced. Now they run a tighter ship where everyone pulls their own weight versus soaking up a/c their entire shift. (As of February 19,'23 Carts have been bought by the establishment in order to bring back customer service which yields customer appreciation.) The Ugly. Just like the housing market in Austin, storage facility rental rates are outrageous and out of control. Without any consistency, your storage unit rate goes up at 4 months the again at 7 months then 14 months. I get it. Everything in Austin is expensive however at least I would hope that everyone could afford consistency even if consistency doesn't mean affordable.

Super clean and incredible staff. Keith was very helpful with answering all of my questions and walking me through the process. You don’t see this level of customer service anywhere these days.
