    Andrew really is a customer service rockstar. I rented online and within minutes Andrew was checking in with me to see if I needed anything. I didn't of course because he had everything ready. When I got to the facility my unit was ready with a lock inside waiting for me. Great execution!

    Getting an Extra Space Storage unit, without contact and without hassle was smooth and easy and I like that. And they gave me a free lock. I'm using my own but the thought counted. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the facility is because I can't access my unit 24 hours a day. Andrew made contact with me on the phone and made sure my move in process went well, which I appreciated. I have yet to me him in person and I have a suspension he is an AI...lol Naw, he is real..lol Andrew Rocks!

    On July 25 2023 I received a call from Andrew, informing me that my code was used to enter the facility and as a result the elevator was broke. I explained to Andrew that I no longer live in CO and that definitely was not me in the facility. Andrew said he will check into this and call me back to let me know if my account would be responsible for the charges to repair the elevator. After two hours I received a call back from Andrew informed me that after the investigation I would not be charge and they have the responsible party. Want to let Andrew's supervisor that he handle my situation very professional and I give him 10 Stars.
