Carmela is wonderful and so helpful! She is extremely mindful to help me find the closest smaller size unit to my existing 10x20 on the 2nd floor that I am scaling down too. It is such a help minimize my own walk time on a hard concrete surface during my transfer so such over activity does not aggrevate my IT Band issue. While the prior manager(Tracey) shall be missed given her new location transfer, having Carmela assume the management role and step up in such a mindful and pleasant way provides the sort of excellent continuity that one hopes for. Carmela is such a treasure!
