    I'm not much of the leave a review type,but my experience inspired me to do so! First service is excellent,from a quick call back and confirmation after I reserved a unit..no money down,might I add... deciding to finish paper work on day of move in.. Big shout out to JAY!! This man was as personable and respectful as it gets!! Had me in and out in about 15 minutes! Answered all questions I had and made me feel very confident in my decision to go with lake county storage!! I would recommend it to anyone one looking for a good experience at a storage facility!!

    Yes, Jessica is awesome. I rented a space, then a few days later changed to another space. Each time she was very fast to respond to my email inquiries and getting the space I needed was a breeze. Not too crazy about the gate left open all day during business hours. Fences are not very tall, and determined thief would climb over it. If you are parking something in outdoors spaces, I'd make sure to come check on it regularly.

    I found a unit online and reserved it. Within minutes Jessica at the antioch location called me explained to me how it worked what I need to pay and when i needed to be there to sign the papers. She was extremely friendly and personal.
