The facility is kept clean, it's indoors so temperature isn't a problem, and there is an entrance in the back so we don't have to use the elevator or stairs ever!

Very, very impressed with manager Nichole at the Ann Arbor/State Street location. She knows her stuff, handled everything for us in advance, answering all questions clearly and completely, and anticipating our needs--even changing one of our units so the two would be next door to each other instead of separated, when a new one came available between our reservation and our arrival, and applying a larger discount that also came available in between. The facility is convenient, large, clean, truly climate controlled, with easy access on two levels, and two code-secured doors between the outside and the units. The manager at our previous facility in another state was very good, but Nichole (and this facility) surpasses our experience there.

Moving into our unit was seamless! We booked the unit in advance online and were helped immediately upon arrival. The check-in process was quick and easy. The GM Nicole was amazing! She walked us to the unit and was very patient in explaining all the procedures for entering the building (which is very secure), locking the unit, etc. The facility itself is close to campus and the unit was very clean. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for storage in the Ann Arbor area.

I'm very impressed with the attentiveness of Nichole and her help getting me into a unit that is right for my needs.
