I rent from this location, and its convenient hours are reasonable, not much foot traffic. They do not have an office; instead, there is a virtual kiosk where you can speak to a live agent. I prefer to be able to walk into an office and talk to a human, but I guess this is one of many concepts storage facilities are adopting as the new normal. You can access the facility with a key code or your smartphone via Bluetooth. You also can use your key code and phone to access the elevator, which I'm not crazy about. Once you've used your code to enter the building, you should be able to use the elevator and other amenities, such as the restrooms. I believe they require your code when entering different parts of the building to keep people from wondering where they're not supposed to be, but I guess it makes sense as a security mechanism. I prefer a simple, convenient keyfob. They may offer a fob; I'm not aware of it, though. I hope this helps someone.

This is really a well run facility! Love how clean it is and the temperature control. Robert is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.
