Also, Margaret from the Vineyard location was extremely helpful, by double checking that I had not been over charged, and my account was closed successfully . As a whole, this company needs much improvement in the corporate customer service sector of their business, but if you do decide to go through public storage, it's folks like these two that give it a local feel.
