Public Storage

Had a storage unit at the Warwick location because it’s a self-serve location. I really couldn’t get what I needed to get done because it’s a kiosk and I was afraid that it would you know not be able to help me so I was given the option of going to the Jefferson Avenue location where Patty works and she stayed late and I got off work and I got the around six and she stayed and you know she said she couldn’t help me from there. She volunteered to go to the Warwick location to see the different sizes of the unit and meet me over there She got me a larger unit then we went back to Jefferson Avenue. we did all the paperwork over and when I tell you, she went above and beyond she did and I appreciate it so much and I mean I know Public storage thinks that the self-serve kiosk is a great idea but nothing beats. The staff here is very friendly, available to answer questions and ensure easy access. My business is moving out after 7 years due to reduction of materials and we have appreciated working with public storage

This is a great place to store your property especially Christina she was one of the best employees to help me with what I needed I would highly recommend this place just because of her customer service she answered all of my questions and was very informative she definitely made a very stressful situation easy for me thank u christina keep up the great work
