I didn't know that there were so many changes including last month when I found out there was a new company .. why didn't the customers get notifications of the switch >> I have been paying my bill based on my budget and schedule for the last 2 yrs Changes went from the 1st to the last day of the month and charging late fees on the first instead of the 4 day grace period.. I have to look into how this is really going to work for me .. SMH
