Renting here since 2014. . . . . Can’t praise current new owners & latest Staff enough….Katherine & her staff….are prompt…friendly ….efficient….and on top of things in every way!!!! You might ask why not 5 stars…it was from overall experience since being there since 2014 (new owners & staff are the best)!!! Old owners at same location before them had 24 hour storage units 2014-present….at one point I has two 24 hour storage units. Both 24 hour storage units broken into twice in the coarse of that time (they used power grinders to break around lock & not lock itself)…..They knew what to take and calculated timing doing it…usually long holiday weekend. Most people don’t know whats in their storage unit. If you don’t know….either does your insurance company when trying to collect…so claiming insurance might be difficult. Get appraiser value, have pictures taken, get inventory list …sound like alot of work…it is…but without doing that expect delays getting your money or nothing at all in claims if broken into. Read the fine print…. that not reccomended to keep valuables in it. Another thing to do is pay your storage unit promptly (maybe use autopay every month)….because they can auction if off quickly after you don’t pay…heard lots of horror stories of that happening to people over the years. Bottom line….I’ve been renting a storage unit(s) (even several storage units at one point) here since 2014. They are very clean here…. Current owners & current staff excellent in everyway!! But beware…their are burglars out their that prey off of storage units compsnies (esp 24 hour outside units) and look to take over ones that people don’t pay promptly on……thru auctions. Don’t store any valuables in them!!! Pay promptly (maybe auto bill pay) so they don’t go to auction!! Food for thought…….sometimes selling your things or giving them away is better than storage costs over the long haul….I’m working on downsizing & living simple in life. Just rented a drive-up storage unit a few days ago. Fantastic experience, super quick & easy to rent, surprisingly good contract terms. Fully recommend.
