After an automatic monthly payment was made there was a notice that the rent was going to increase next month. I had been renting just a little over four months now and questioned this. I called PS where my rented unit is and spoke with Royce. He told me that it was good to question this immediately instead of waiting until next month because it's easier to make a payment adjustment before my credit card was charged. My rent will remain the same for another three months and then a possible rent increase will take place. By the way, when I signed the contract I was told, so I am aware, that the rent may increase. Simply didn't expect it to be so soon. I was very pleased with the help and consideration that I received from Royce and Public Storage. Thank you very much!

The facility was clean and well maintained. The customer service was exceptional! The workers were very friendly and helpful! Will return for our future storage needs! Highly recommend this facility!
