We had very good experience with Extra Storage Space when we rented a 10x10 unit. We were very happy with the customer service provided at the Loveland location, especially the service Lucy provided. Our stay was short but, the experience was excellent!

I Love This Place! Over the years I have had to use storage units in-between moving locations and I have to say that I am more than impressed with this location and company. To start, their new integration with technology is pretty snazzy. You use your cellular device to open your unit and the gates. Making it super easy to always access. The only downside I see to this is if your phone dies.. Other than that its pretty cool! The units themselves were more than affordable compared to their competitors. The unit was very clean and very spacious! The employees I had the pleasure speaking to were very informative and helpful with every phone call. If they didn't answer, they would call back! I as a consumer and a customer service worker can appreciate this kind of service any day. If you ever need a storage unit I suggest that you look into this location and or other locations from this company.
