Alberto was a very informative person, and was very helpful to me on all of my questions. I would send any one who needs a storage place.

First of all I would like to say I am a going on 8 years at this storage formally known as Lakeland Space Center and current now Cube Smart. I have seen this place at its worst and I'd have to say the manger Brandi working in the office has made this place look a lot better, no more signs of people living out of the units. I always see the lady working outside trying to keep this place clean picking up trash. I have had some issues over the years and when go to the office she does her best to fix the problem. She is very sweet lady. As I paid my rent last month she explained of all the wonderful changes that are coming, the excitement on her face was priceless. I hope she stays working there because it's been a pleasure. Can't wait to see improvement, just hope my monthly rent not one lol

I have been a customer for a few months now and the lady in the office helped me with my payments and waived late fees because i couldn't figure out how to pay online, she is very nice! Mr. Troupe
