The reason I’m rated this 3 star is becouse I rented the unit in Hutchison Mn on line and it was later in the day I went to the unit and seen it was going to be to small at that time no one was there and they had takin the money out of my account so the next morning I went to there office and I talked to the lady at the counter she was vary understanding and she told me the money will be back into my accounts and thst did happen so there was nothing else to worry about intil a month and a half later I get a callector notice in the mail saying I now owe the 90$ now I’m going throw a callectiion place and I can’t get a ahold of the lady that was working the counter that day I live 3 hours away and now I’m not happy that this is something I have to worry about I’m older and have physical health problems and now I have to worry about this recking my creidit do until I get this resolved and them dashing I don’t owe it I give this place a 3 star becouse of the hassle that I have to go throw the lady that was working there was a sweet heart but the persons that I talk to one the phone to get this straightened out werent so nice they were rude and not willing to Liston to the ishue intil I go tslk to the lady thst was working that day abd if I get this creditor off of my creadet report then I’ll change it
