    It was very simple to get all the pertinent info on a storage that I needed. I spoke with an agent who speaks English right away and was knowledgeable about all the bonus deals that were available. They had a mistake on the billing. W hen I got a hold of the agent who quirkily fixed the issue she stayed on the phone until my payment went through and helped me navigate through the online contract signing. Kudos to real customer service. Some businesses should take some lessons, like AT&T.

    I was driving a UHaul truck from the Midwest to San Diego and qualified for 1 month free from UHaul. They were so unprofessional. I googled and found this awesome company! It started with the employee that answered the phone. She wanted to know what I needed, which was the complete opposite of the other company. She was nice, helpful, went above and beyond.
