Ms.Brandi Wendy was wonderful and courteous in all aspects she was timely and efficient. I registered online she was more than willing to call me back and confirm the confirmation and to make sure that was the appropriate unit that I needed. Upon arrival c greedy me with a nice in courteous welcome to public storage my name is Brandi and so on.She proceeded to show me the unit it self just to make sure, it was the appropriate size for what I needed to store. The storage areas were nice and clean and secure. I would recommend anyone that is gonna store anything to use this location thanks again Brandi.

Brandi helped me out enormously. She did all the paperwork for me very fast and efficiently and found me a transfer unit very close by so I was done moving into a smaller unit in one hour moving by myself. She was gracious and accommodating. She made the move easy. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to use Public Storage. Thank you, Brandi. We have a storage unit at this location and we had a special request that was somewhat out of the norm. Brandi, Wendy and Jocelyn showed world class service as they came up with a workable solution that stayed within the company's policies and met our needs as well. Great job ladies!

BRANDI, WENDY, AND JOCELYN WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS TO ME IN MY TIME OF NEEDING TO RENT A STORAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS IMPRESSED HOW THEIR TREATMENT WAS BEING I AM A DISABLED VETERAN THAT HAD ALOT OF TROUBLE TRYING TO MOVE MT THINGS INTO THE UNIT. THEY ALLOWED ME TO LEAVE A FEW THINGS IN THE MAIN AREA (AND THEY TOOK EXTREME CARE) UNTIL I FOUND SOMEONE TO HELP ME GET THE THINGS IN THAT WERE TOO HEAVY AND ALSO VALUABLE. I have rented from this location for 1.5 years. Brandi just recently assumed the manager roll and has drastically changed my opinion of this site. While the property has always been clean, neat and orderly, the previous management and staff were less than exemplary. Brandi and her team have been remarkable. My husband and I have had major issues with our employment this year due to the collapse of the economy. Brandi has been extremely helpful, considerate and understanding with our issues, being very flexible and reasonable, even saving my property from auction. As long as Brandi is around, you'll always have a local loyal customer with me and my friends. Now, if only you will send her to Dayton, Ohio, where we are now relocating, that would be awesome!
