Public Storage

Last week, My husband and I got a space at this location. I have to say it is a wonderful location. With the best customer service. Wereserved a small space, but once we were there a nice girl Maria, showed us a bigger space, which was needed. Right after we made the reservation. Maria called me within 4 minutes. Talk about Jimmy Johns its not fast enough. I like this property and the security is awesome. They do a daily lock check. These people do care about your things. Maria answered all my questions and was very very very patient with my husband. I recommend this place to everyone. Not only is it big but very clean place. Maria thanks for your patience. I have had storage units throughout the nation, and with relatively few exceptions, they're all pretty much the same. Sometimes it's a bad experience that makes one stick out (like that hell hole in Albuquerque), but in this case, it's the staff. I've only dealt with two ladies there. I don't know if they have any other staff, but if they do, I hope they're just as competent, professional, and courteous as Geri and Maria are.

Geri and Maria are some of the most friendly, helpful people I have met when dealing with Public Storage. They are professional and friendly. Even though I ended up moving and not needing the storage rental they remained friendly and helpful. I felt well informed and would revisit using public storage again based on how Geri treated me and on how helpful Maria was even though I had started my discussions w/Geri. How wonderful they could both be so helpful.

Muy recomendado!! La señorita que me atendio, Maria fue muy amable y atenta. Aunque las cosas tienen que ser en inglés ella me lo explico todo en español, me da gusto que allá gente bilingue que pueda ayudar a uno. La propiedad es muy limpia y cuando uno se va a mudar, te explican como puede uno acomodar las cosas. Me encanto como tratan a los clientes, muy recomendado para todos los paisanos.

I recently stopped by this location to inquire about a storage space for my mother and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service that I received. The young lady's name that helped me was Tondelaya. She was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got all the information that I needed about this location to insure me that my things were in a safe place. I would definitely tell others about my great experience at public storage and the wonderful assistance I received. Thanks Tondelaya
