Dave has been very helpful, responsive to requests and an excellent communicator. I began storing items here a couple of years ago. I just recently asked if the door sweep could be updated and Dave immediately said, "yes!, when can you open the unit to have it replaced?" I've had a couple of issues with CubeSmart's autopay, but Dave has been easy to reach (and he reached out to me, as well) and has helped me to get the payments completed. With that said, be sure to read all email communications from CubeSmart in case a payment was not successful.

The manager of this facility worked to find me the best price and best solution for my storage needs, including making sure I was able to take full advantage of move in sales and specials. The facility was clean and well cared for, and I felt my things were safe and never worried about them. The staff was friendly, communicative, and exceptionally customer service-oriented. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone and would not hesitate to store here again.
