The Public Storage manager, Tommy, at the Burke Centre Parkway location in Burke, Virgina went out of his way to make the process of renting a storage unit easy. I see that he truly cares about his customers and for them to have a good experience. He even fixed my broken lock. Thank you, Tommy.

Today I had 2 experiences. One was horrible and one was amazing. I had originally reserved a unit at the guinea rd location but decided that I was not going to rent at that location. The interaction was not the best. I then looked at the second location and was in contact with Tommie. Tommie was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He understood the policies and was able to communicate it very well. Thank you for changing my mind about public storage Tommie. You deserve recognition.

Want to share that I had a great experience with the new manager at this location- Tommie! He was massively helpful and went out of his way to assist me. I really appreciate that he not only took time out to help, but did it willingly and went beyond what I needed. To add to that this is the first time I actually asked for assistance from Tommie but I was confident in doing so because every time I see him, he’s smiling and greets me. Always wants to make sure I’m doing ok. So today was just an easy transition as he’s always eager to help. Thanks Tommie! This location has treated me great over the years and that’s why I continue to provide my business. Polite staff and great safe location! Thanks for all you do!
