Fast and efficient service.

The area is clean and the building is temperature controlled. The day we visited the security gate was in the up position. Which means anyone could come on the property. The main key pad lock has been broken, for a while, which makes easy access to the area where the units are located. With that said the employees are pleasant and helpful. After speaking with Raul, he explained about the recent storm and the time line it took to fix the gate. I was happy to learn it is now operating properly. Unfortunately, the access door to the elevator is improperly used by the tenants. Keeping the door open by propping something in front of it, keeps the door functioning the way it should be working. To my fellow tenants, when you read the signs about what not to do....... please follow directions! It will cost you dearly since you're on the security camera and you'll be charged. My rating was changed to a 5, Raul a 10!
