Tasha was amazing!!

Going to preface this by saying we are in honeymoon phase still & hopefully this review will stay positive! We were in critical need of storage and despite our coming before opening and staring inside, Tasha came out, greeted us and helped us with this immediate need. She was SO personable. We adored her. Really top marks to her, she deserves a raise lol ?? She seemingly tried to be very transparent about future rates also we got to ride on the golf cart which was fun ?? My hope is that our experience continues to be pleasant. The location is so convinient and we love that we can come and go before 10pm. Extremely accessible. My recommendation to the business owners is if you do reevaluate prices in a few months, you keep it within reason. The yo-yo price changing or bait and switch is unnecessary. You've an amazing location, great staff and you could keep a solid reputation of integrity and transparency. This is just observation from reading negative reviews which imo are always an opportunity to reevaluate a business practice that has received negative feedback in the past. For now we are extremely happy and hope the positive experience continues!!
