First off let me start with saying I have rented storage a few times in the past but I have great things to say about the property manager Drew! , His customer service is excellent. He was so helpful to me during my move in process I was beyond pleased. He talked about the downloading the app to access my account easy and use it to open the gate. Drew is always friendly and very patient. I appreciate talking with him and feel like I am in good hands here. He keeps this place exceptionally clean!!

I am writing to thank Drew on 45941 Ox Road for his EXCELLENT service. I contacted the wrong location on the same street in Sterling, but Drew was so helpful when he was following up on my mistaken reservation and answered all of my questions.

came into today. some trainee Derek or darrell, helped me. I went to view a unit on the 2rd floor with fix my needs. the manager helped too. both seemed to be knowledge able. place was clean too.
