Customer service is friendly but I am not happy about the access to my unit. To pay any dollar amount for something and struggle to do things to have the same experience as others frustrates me because I have the right to pull up load/unload my vehicle without having drainage between where i have to park my car and the slab of concrete falling off the building in front of my unit inconvenience the entire experience. I have tripped in the gully, I have set things down on the concrete and they have rolled off or tipped over and being the end of a building just over a cars length from the next regardless of condition of the entrance, would never allow me to back right up or pull right up to my unit. I've been with yall almost a month and I'm thinking it's very likely I will pull my belongings because it's not worth what I'm paying at all.

Lauren had great customer service. She was very helpful. Storage units are nice and convenient and clean. My only problem was the difference in price for the same storage unit size. I didn’t know that once I got my first unit online and needed another unit and I walked in. $100 difference. My first unit was $34 online. The walk-in unit same size was $134. So now both of my units together every month is $195. They are only 5x10

On short notice the team lauren dawn and george all made it effortless and assisted me every step of the way from reservation to contract to gate and unit code to helping me 24/7 I AM GRATEFUL I FEEL SAFE NO TRAFFIC NO STRESS ALL GOOD!!!
