    I have a unit at a different location but I have met Tom and he really knows his stuff! He seems to have the right answer to any question I have asked him and he has the greatest attitude. When I do decide to move my things, I will definitely be talking to Tom first.

    Art and Cliff are very helpful and professional. I was looking for climate controlled unit. I found this facility to have exactly what I need and still close to where I live. The call center agent was a bit misinformed as to what climate control is but Art handled things awesomely !! He's a rock star!!

    Manager Tom Thornton was extremely helpful when I came to him for some short-term storage needs and was able to manage everything for me in one visit. He was kind, helpful, thorough and I would recommend both he and the facility he works at - great and easy access on Aurora and nice and central for a big chunk of the N/NW part of Seattle...
