Easy access. Clean. Rent went up substantially. Spoke with Tom. He helped mitigate the issue. Great staff. Dropped a star after 9 months. Rate keeps going up exponentially. Crazy high. $50 at a whack. **Update: Crazy high rent. Was at $325!!! Left and found same size for $115. Local employees great. Company not so great.

I have been renting a space for 2 yrs. And never had any problems, great staff, and the facility is alway very clean i completely trust in this company to keep my stuff safe at reasonable prices. Trisha was a great help when it came to upgrading to a bigger unit made the move easy and cheap i highly recommend her services.

Beware of EXTREME price/rate hikes!! The longer you stay, the bigger the hike!! I'm paying almost $100 MORE per month than when I started! They like to raise the price in $40 (average) increments every 6 months or so (average). I complained twice, but only got it down a little less. If I didn't, I would be paying $213 for a 10' x 10' !! The worst part is they have another unit, same size, same type for $101 per month "on sale" (and the regular price is $134). Why the heck would I be expected to pay almost double the price in the same building???!!
