Clean facility and great staff. A little bit of a sketchy location and beware of online specials they expire in 2 months. Definitely not worth $100 a month after the special expired I moved out. Rather be in a more comfortable location.

James provided excellent service and knowledgeable in his job. All the costs were broken down, rental plan was clearly laid out, and what-if scenarios were pretty much covered. So far so good with the initial process but I will have to find out how the communication goes when there's crazy upcharges, unexpected accidents at the storage location, etc.

The manager is Chris and he is very friendly. I don't remember the name of the other person, but he was very helpful. They even came and the two wasps nest that were hanging from the ceiling outside of the storage space.
