Hello, I want to leave an honest assessment of the storage facility. It’s quite modern and the electronic gate that requires a passcode is a nice perk. I purchased a 5x8 unit. When I initially secured the unit the rate was 140…. But…that increased after 5 months to 200 and I’m not going to pay that much for storage and insurance. My car insurance isn’t that high! In these times where everyone is trying to make economic sense… It doesn’t make sense to raise the rate on a committed client. They did attempt to lower the payment to 160 but, after I saw the 200, I was disgusted. So, I removed my things and promised to write this review. The office workers have been generally lovely people. It’s the company that is gouging folks. I won’t do business with them in the future. I’ve have a neutral experience. Also my suitcases and bags developed mold on them….I was confused regarding the origin of the issue, but, I’m chalking it up to a lesson learned. Buy plastic luggage. Have a great day and Be well.
