    .carolyn is friendly,helpful and patient. everything is always very clean.been using this storage units at 92nd just off halsey many times over i let friends and family know about this sight.

    The manager was very helpful and friendly. However, she stated that we would get a conformation email so that we could pay rent online. That email never came, which isn't her fault, it's the companies fault. Make sure to go online as soon as you get your receipt and your account number so that you can set up everything online yourself.
