    Hey you know I came in the facility and Tanisha was great showing me the units and she let me know about all the problems and cons that there is at the facilities such a as gate access information. The days that they are open and close and she was awesome and showing me a couple of units and I will be making a decision soon. She also talked to me about the ps app to download to the public storage app that I could go online to finish and complete my rental. She answered all of questions and concerns that I had. She was absolutely amazing!!!

    I rented a unit at the Public Storage on Gene Autry in Palm Springs today. I had some trouble online so I went to the facility. Both of the woman did an awesome job and got the problem resolved. Friendly and professional!! I wish more businesses were like that! Thank you!!
