Nice friendly Joeneshi is wonderful and the price is better than the 4 different places we went to but the elevator was down the entire weekend and we had to go up 3 flights with so much stuff that is not good at all

The layered phone system is not user-friendly and it takes several transfers or phone numbers to get to the actual address and person who can answer questions of availability. I navigated through this phone system two weeks prior to my arrival to secure a place for my 4x14 utility trailer. The person I spoke with said she had space and refused to take payment to secure the spot. She said I had to show up in person with Govn’t ID as proof of identity but that she would hold the spot until 1AUG when I arrived. I called en route only to discover they had no space availability. (Really? Integrity matters.) The space I am assigned took superior driving skills to park my covered 7x14 utility trailer into. I was within inches of the fence or other stored vehicles and had to inchworm my Ram 3500 short bed back and forth several times to finally get the trailer shoehorned into my assigned outdoor parking which is shared with another 7x14 utility trailer. I was not able to leave enough room between the other trailer and my trailer to drop the rear ramp door. This limits my access to the side door only. This means crawling over stored goods to get to anything I may need access to. We are looking for another storage facility where we can have enough space to have full access to our unit. The person who served us at this facility was kind and accommodating.
