The entire process was made easier, faster, and much more smooth by the employee Rachel who was on staff at the Public Storage located at 5085 West Chester Pike, Newton Square, PA, 19073. As this was my first time using a storage service the help was very much appreciated. This was impressive also considering she was handling more than just me as there were other customers coming in and calling and yet she managed to get us all sorted quickly and efficiently despite being the only employee at the location. Honestly I had contemplated switching to a U-Haul storage facility much closer to my location last minute due to its convenience, but I'm glad I stayed with Public Storage entirely due to this one employee. I'd apologize for the dramatics in these comments, but truly someone should give Rachel a raise or promotion.
