    I’ve used storage units through the years and recently found this one for a move. Stopped in and talked with Chris. He’s one of the most friendliest and knowledgeable managers that I’ve experienced for thus type of business. He explained every possible unit that could meet our needs and explained pricing perfectly, Including discounts or possible price changes. Chris was a breath of fresh air and beat competitors pricing.

    I dealt with Shannon and she was very professional and let me know about the rate raise. I would recommend this place over any other. I left prime storage in Dundalk and the 2 years I had my stuff there they never told me about price changing ( went up 6 times) and said well we sent a letter out. Well driving over the road I don’t get mail especially when I’m gone 3-6 months at a time to top it off they go through employees like crazy I don’t know why I didn’t see that red flag. Well when I started putting my stuff inside my unit at extra space my unit was clean like literally smelt like it was mopped I was amazed. Ima let people know to come over anywhere else because of the amazing customer service and the great prices. Don’t listen to the trolls on here I doubt they even had a unit here.
