    I'm not in the habit of writing reviews on the internet, but I am compelled to do one for Reggie at the Public Storage's Washington Ave location. If Reggie's supervisor is reading this, I feel you need to give him a raise, or if not, recognize what a great employee you have. Even though I didn't realize that I needed to be out of the facility by closing time (I thought it was a 24 hour access storage) and still had several boxes/stuff to move into my unit, Reggie never made me feel stupid for not knowing this and he even helped us move things in our unit! He even stuck around after closing time to make sure we were okay and was professional and courteous the whole time.

    I have to stop and compliment Reggie on his outstanding and professional work ethic. I almost NEVER stop my day to write a review but, this time I am truly thankful. First off, this guy was handling 4 customers at the desk, showing lockers, making himself available to callers, selling supplies, taking like 3 walk in payments, and all with attention to everyone. No person felt left out, or ignored. We all got handled in a timely, courteous, respectful fashion, and with a smile and pleasant attitute. This is what's missing in service industries these days. I'm impressed, and hope that he is an example of how the others behave.

    Mayra has always been very nice and professional. I was paying the bill when it was late and she was very helpful in applying the proper credit to my account.There was also a mistake made on my account and she found the problem and made sure the proper credit was given to me. She is also very knowledgeable with the space information needed and very pleasant every time i go into the office to pay my storage space. it is a pleasure to do business with Public Storage knowing that employees like Mayra work there. They make the atmosphere very relaxed and tranquil which make it easy to conduct business transactions.

    Patty Patty Patty!!!! Patty has the biggest smile when you walk in the door. Patty answers all all my questions showed me different units when I thought that the one I made reservations for was too small. Patty made me feel comfortable and made me feel like she was a friend and not at all bothered with me. I had to purchase a $17(!) lock and lost the keys the next day. I purchased another one, and when I found the first one she told me not to worry I could return the second purchased bcuz I didnt use it. Patty Thank you girl for being professional, helpful, and cheerful. This was by far the easiest part of my move.
