    My mother and I just had a really great experience with Angie and Natalie at this location. They were very pleasant and helpful. They explained all the details of costs and options of storage units. They were also very efficient when it came to finishing all paperwork. We were in and out of there in a timely manner. The app was really convenient for easy access and Im glad we went with this storage company.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Justice and Michael at Public Storage and had a fantastic experience. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Anytime I had questions or concerns, they were readily available to help. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. I have a storage unit here and feel confident leaving my belongings in their care. Additionally, the pricing is very reasonable compared to other storage options in the area. The only improvement I could suggest is for Public Storage to add Apple Pay to their payment system, as this would be a more convenient option for me. Overall, I highly recommend Justice and Michael for their exceptional customer service. They made the experience of storing my belongings much more pleasant and stress-free.     Today my daughter and me had a reservation in this location to check the size of the storage, and to have more information about the prices. I met Justice one of the agents in this facility and he was very helpful, polite and sweet. I ended taking the space, because Justice gave us different options, and he was very patience. Also we met Michael and he was nice too! Great employees! Love the place!

    In a world of self centered uncivilized hateful people, my mom and I had the pleasure of encountering 2 of the nicest gentlemen who worked at public storage on Cherry St in Long Beach. Justice and Michael:) They had the size of storage we needed at a great price (compared to another PS we toured earlier that day), however we needed longer accessible hours for a long distance move. Instead of taking my elderly mothers money knowing the access hours may be a challenge, they recommended another PS, called that store rep, and help acquire a unit at a different location for an even more affordable price! Talk about customer service! Thank you Justice & Michael for being kind and going out your way to help my mom and me. #Amazinghumans
