I would like to know why I am paying about $50 more a month for my 10x7 unit than is advertised on the website (the base price, before fees are added). My rent has gone up every year while the advertised rate is just about the same as what I started with. Basically they are punishing people for long-term occupancy. I will have to start changing units every year so they don't keep ripping me off. Other than the price disparity, this place is great.
