    I've used CubeSmart for over a year and I've never had an issue. Easy to access and no need to speak with anyone unless you forgot your code or something. The only thing I'd like to see change is adding locks to the doors where you enter the "inside storage" buildings. Should use building specific keys, that way, only people who have units in a particular building will be able to access it.

    Since your website has changed I am no longer able to review/view and print my monthly payment invoices. This is a hassle, now I must email each month to obtain it. Service response is good, thanks! But it seems like extra work for your team to do when it used to be available on the website.
